The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to enter into a contract or purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor that submits the lowest cost to provide: services for fencing. contract to upgrade existing fencing for habitat protection of the South Canyon Spring in the Book Cliffs area, to welding of two rungs of succor rod to 300 existing drill pipe posts. We will only need contractor to provide welding and torch equipment for this project. There is no site visit scheduled.
