Questions regarding the statement of work (SOW) will be forwarded to the unit for an accurate response. All responses will be uploaded for an equal and fair solicitation to all interested vendors. No more questions will be answered after the date and time of 09/17/2026, 3:00 pm (PST). PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 09/21/2026 - 10/22/2026 Provide all personnel, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and labor necessary to perform annual confidence testing on all fire suppression, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems. Services include inspection and testing of fire alarm panels, installed batteries, fire alarm initiating and notification devices, fire suppression systems, and sprinkler systems. Work shall be performed in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and local requirements, building and safety requirements, tag out procedures, and applicable NFPA standards. The contractor shall identify, document, tag, and report deficiencies, failures, and code discrepancies; coordinate testing and work activities to minimize operational disruption; restore systems after testing; and provide all required inspection reports, discrepancy reports, failure reports, and compliance documentation, including any required report and notice of compliance to the City of Seattle Fire Department. The contractor shall submit a printed, bound report and an electronic copy identifying discrepancies and failures within two weeks after completion of inspection and testing.
