Demolition, site work and renovation of a military facility in Manhattan, Kansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; and for the renovation of a military facility.
Building renovation including selective demolition, concrete, framing, drywall, insulation, ceilings, floor covering, painting and wallcoverings, epoxy resinous flooring, fire protection, mechanical system, and electrical system. The Project consists of the HVAC replacement and remodel work in Building 1832 at Fort Riley, Kansas. Scope of demolition and removal work is indicated on drawings and specified in Section 02 41 00. B. Plumbing: Alter existing and add new construction where indicated. C. HVAC: Alter existing and add new construction. D. Electrical Power and Lighting: Alter existing and add new construction where indicated. E. Fire Suppression Sprinklers: Alter system as required for HVAC replacement. F. Fire Alarm: Existing system to remain. G. General Contractor is required to remove and store the following prior to start of work, for later reinstallation by General Contractor: The estimated project value is $5,000,000 to $6,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
