This project includes the removal and disposal, and landscape restoration of at least 107 designated Ash trees on City of Edina properties and right of ways. The contract also includes replacement of removed trees with at least 140 new plantings with approved materials and locations. The work shall consist of furnishing labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete design and specifications provided for project by City of Edina. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. SUMMARY OF WORK This project includes the removal and disposal , and landscape restoration of at least 107 designated Ash trees on City of Edina properties and right of ways. The contract also includes replacement of removed trees with at least 140 new plantings with approved materials and locations. The work shall consist of furnishing labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete design and specifications provided for project by City of Edina. STOCKPILE LOCATION Stockpiling of project material will not be allowed on this project. All materials must be utilized or removed from the project on a daily basis and hauled to contractor supplied and Owner approved dump site within quarantine area and following MDA requirements. The Contractor shall take necessary measures to minimize material, supplies or debris within the project limits. Storage facilities, subject to the Engineer's approval , may be used on areas of existing bituminous pavement within the construction limits unless noted . No materials shall be stored in boulevard areas without prior approval from the Engineer. This shall be incidental to Mobilization Question Deadline 09/20/2026 at 3:00 PM CT
