At the Living Room remove two-piece 1x wood plank serving as threshold separating the entry foyer ceramic tile area from the wood floor finish area of the living room. Replace the threshold separating the ceramic tile area from the wood floor area with a metal transition strip per the drawings. At the Kitchen area, between the kitchen and the hallway connecting the bathroom and other living areas, replace a 1x wood threshold with a metal transition strip per the drawings. The door into the bathroom is 2'-8" W x 6'-8". Replace the doorknob type hardware with an ADA compliant Lever type privacy bathroom hardware. Remove and dispose of the existing bathroom vanity that is 31" W x 22" D in size .
