Renovation of a municipal facility in Denton, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The County Commissioners of Caroline County are accepting bids (written quotes) for storefront window replacements at the Health and Public Services building ( HAPS) located at 403 South 7th Street, Denton, MD 21629. The scope of this contract includes, but is not limited to: o Remove existing storefront windows and replace in kind with new Kawneer* storefronts. Storefront framing to be painted Black Aluminum, and glazed with 1 " Gray low E MD energy code compliant IGUS with 3/4" flat muntin in the air space. Storefront windows to be Kawneer(R) 451T 2" x 4 1/2" thermally broken, center glazed, aluminum storefront system Glazing: 1/4" Gray temp with SolarBan(R) 60 LowE on #2, 1/2 " air with 3/4" flat muntin in the air space; 1V, 1H, 14" clear temp Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Kevin Brown , Facilities Superintendent, Caroline County Department of Public Works, at 410-479-0520 or by email at kbrown@carolinemd.org Question Deadline 09/30/2026 at 12:00 PM ET The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any/or all bids.
