The project consists of the construction of approximately 5,170 linear feet of 12-inch HDPE stormwater force main for the City of Deltona, Florida, along the east side of Courtland Boulevard and the south side of Belkton Court, terminating at the Belkton Court cul-de-sac. Work includes horizontal directional drilling and open-cut installation, connections to the existing stormwater system, abandonment of approximately 6,055 linear feet of existing 8-inch force main, adjustments to existing potable water mains, coordination with utility service providers for the relocation or adjustment of conflicting utilities, roadway, sidewalk, and driveway restoration, pavement milling and resurfacing, sodding, erosion control, maintenance of traffic, and all associated appurtenances necessary to complete the project. Contract time is 150 calendar days to substantial completion from issuance of the Notice to Proceed, with an additional 30 days to final completion. Total contract time for this project is 180 calendar days. A Bid Bond OF 5% of total bid is required for this solicitation. A Payment and Performance bond is required for this project.
