Demolition, site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Rifle, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; and for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Garfield County is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified individuals or companies to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision , and services necessary to complete concrete demolition, removal , and replacement work at the Rifle Garfield County Airport located at 0375 County Road 352, Rifle, CO 81650. The successful contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, signage, and other incidentals necessary to complete the project. All work must be in accordance with CDOT concrete specifications. The contractor will be required to: Demolish and remove the existing concrete within the designated project area. Haul off and properly dispose of all demolished concrete and associated debris. Prepare and grade the existing subgrade as necessary for placement of new concrete. Furnish and install reinforcing steel (rebar). Form, place, finish, and cure the concrete to provide a complete and serviceable ramp Align existing grades and elevations to ensure smooth transitions to adjacent pavements and structures.
