The Town of Lincoln / Lincoln Public School Department is requesting proposals using the scope of work outlined in the bid solicitation documents (included herein) for Design - Build services to design and construct a Ferguson Field Athletic Complex, new tennis courts, renovated track and field area, new multipurpose/soft ball field, and renovated baseball field at the Lincoln High School, a new playground at Central Elementary School , and reconstructed tennis courts and baseball infield at Lime Acres Park. Additional scope may be added depending available budget. 1. Ferguson Field Athletic Complex shall include a new turf field, new track, new scoreboard, bathrooms, doubled seating capacity, a concession stand area, a shade area and a pavilion for the district's food truck. 2. New Tennis Courts - to be located at the high school in front of the Physical Education Center. The base project must include seven (7) new tennis courts and four (4) pickleball courts. 3. New Multipurpose/Softball Field - on the site of the existing tennis courts, build a new multipurpose turf field that would serve as the primary home for the high school softball team.
