Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Newton, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of paving, sanitary sewer, and water distribution systems including 5,070 SY of 8" concrete pavement, 400 SY of 8" reinforced concrete pavement, 1,000 LF of 8" sanitary sewer, and 1,805 LF of 8" waterline. The Work will be substantially completed within 100 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 110 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. 1. Milestone 1: Part C - Waterline Improvements - December 31, 2026.
