The Community Investment Department of the City of Los Angeles (herein referred to as the CID) is seeking to develop two (2) pre-qualified lists of on-call consultants and/or contractors to assist in the implementation of the Jobs and Economic Development Incentive Zones (JEDI Zones) Facade Improvement Program and other related programs. The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to pre-qualify firms that can provide the services described herein to CID on an as-needed basis. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
