Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Pateros, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission (WSPRC) is upgrading the boat launch facility at Alta Lake State Park in Okanogan County. The contractor will furnish and install three galvanized steel piles with fiberglass bird caps, as well as remove two existing creosote-treated timber piles. The contractor will mobilize equipment, provide three steel piles, and install the piles to the provided specifications. The contractor may elect to use land-based or barge-based equipment to complete the project. WSPRC staff will complete all other work for this project including float, gangway, and abutment repairs. The contractor will provide costs for mobilization , pile supply, and installation. Depending on the utilized installation method , the contractor may be required to provide and implement a Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control Plan to be approved by the State.
