Bardin Community Center with Restrooms 1. The County will make the site plan and stake the building layout. 2. The County will pull and pay for all permit-related fees. 3. The County will supply and install the HVAC system. 4. The County will install the well and septic system. 5. The County will handle electrical service. 6. The County will supply all door hardware – locks and door handles. Door must be rated commercial and will be supplied by Contractor. 7. The County will supply truss engineering. 8. The County will supply bathroom accessories such as toilet paper holders, paper towel holders, women's sanitary, and soap dispensers. 9. The County will supply the bathroom partitions. Toilets, sinks , and all plumbing will by supplied by the Contractor. 10. The Contractor will supply the grab bars required for handicapped restrooms. 11. The Contractor will supply all exterior doors. Exterior doors should be WELDED hollow metal frames (3/0 x 7/0 size) and must have door closures on all. 12. The Contractor will supply all interior doors. Interior doors should have knock down hollow metal frames. 13. The Contractor must note the specific brand for toilets, urinals, sinks, appliances, et cetera. 14. The metal roof should be 26 - gauge material. Roof plywood should be called out at 19/32" or 5/8 CDX/RTD. 15. Soffit & Facia should be aluminum. 16. Peel & stick roofing to be installed over plywood. 17. Electrical equipment should be Siemens. 18. Electrical plans will need to be coordinated with the County for key pad entry, date, et cetera. 19.
