Site work for a municipal facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include, but is not limited to, the following: Replacement of the existing automatic vehicle access gate located at 2200 Sooke Lake Road, Shawnigan Lake, BC, including demolition of the existing gate system and design and installation of a complete new automatic vehicle access gate system. The project generally comprises the removal of the existing gate, gate operator, controls, foundations where required, wiring and associated equipment; installation of a new cantilever sliding gate and automatic gate operator; new foundations, bollards and associated site work; electrical power and underground services; access control and communications integration; safety and entrapment protection devices; testing, commissioning and training.
