Site work and renovation of a fire / police facility in Henderson, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 160-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The Contractor shall perform all Work and provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the interior renovation of the existing Day Room at Fire Station 95. Approximately one hundred sixty ( 160) square feet of the existing Day Room shall be renovated and reconfigured to create two (2) separate private dorm rooms for use by fire personnel. Each dorm room shall include: 1. A separate alerting system; 2. Individual climate controls; 3. Insulated wall assemblies meeting the required minimum STC rating; 4. An acoustic tile ceiling system; 5. A ceiling fan; and 6. A lockable door Duration of Work is 60 days.
