Considering that several sites serve vulnerable customers and provide essential services (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), the SERVICE PROVIDER must maintain sufficient intervention capacity to ensure the continuous safety of users, employees and visitors. DURATION: The proposed contracts are for a duration of three (3) years, corresponding to the 2026-2027, 2027-2028, and 2028-2029 winter seasons, with two (2) renewal options of one (1) year each for the 2029-2030 and 2030-2031 seasons.
