The City of Palatka is seeking Statements of Qualifications for a single prime consultant team of qualified Florida-licensed engineering firms to provide professional engineering, environmental review support, permitting, bidding, construction-phase services, and closeout support for the Citys Platt Drew Reclamation Facility Headworks Rehabilitation Project. The City reserves the right to enter into agreements, negotiate with the highest-ranked firm, waive any irregularities submitted, reject any and/or all submittals, re-advertise, and accept any submittals deemed to be in the best interest of the City. No fax or e-mail proposals will be accepted. The City of Palatka reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any irregularities. Failure to follow the Bid Protest procedures prescribed by the City of Palatka Purchasing Policy shall constitute a waiver of your protest and any resulting claims. Question Deadline 10/01/2026 Response to Questions: October 8, 2026 All questions shall be emailed to Alex Romero procurement@palatka-fl.gov The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Requests for proposals for design services is underway.
