Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bronx, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and data center facility.
CR#: 2138915 The project will upgrade the campus IT network infrastructure, replacing existing network equipment and campus IT network cabling connecting campus buildings with the two campus Main Data Centers (MDF) installations in Carman Hall and Shuster Hall. A new, smaller, campus Main Data Center will be created in Carman 135 to replace the existing in Carman 136. Carman 136 will be modified to provide office space for IT staff. Individual building MDF and IDF installations will be upgraded to include new cooling systems and UPS devices.
