Renovation of a military facility in Longmont, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
ITS requires The renovation of T1, windows replaced, both doors replaced. The floor needs to be replaced. The HVAC Systems replaced it with a high efficient system. An external power panel added to concrete comms shelter. The comms shelter will need power outlets and lights. Communications shall be conducted electronically by e-mail to the Agency Contact Jacqueline Brown at Jbrown4@doc.gov The due date for communications and questions concerning this RFQ is Wednesday 16 September 2026 at 2:00PM MTN. Questions received after the cut-off date will generally NOT be considered. Renovate two buildings located at Table Mountain. The project is being procured as a 100% small business set-aside and includes construction services required to complete the renovation of both facilities. Location: Table Mountain, Longmont, Colorado.
