The Baggage Handling System ( BHS) Transfer Line (TX3) project at CLT will install a new transfer line west of Make Up Unit 4 in the existing Bag Room, install an Automatic Tag Reading (ATR) array and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) monitoring the TX line, restripe the existing bag room roadways converting bi-directional lanes into one-way lanes, and reconfigure the ME2 line to intercept no-reads or lost bags in the system. Written requests for clarification must be submitted electronically through the Bid Portal Q&A board. The deadline for submitting written requests for clarification is September 24, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET
