Project consists of the installation of a 48 HDPE storm sewer pipe in the rear yards of Nottingham Estates Phase IV for improving drainage in the subdivision. Project includes Removing fences, pavement, channel modifications, providing and installing 48 HDPE drainage pipe. Also included are improvements to the cul-de-sac at the low end of Nottingham IV, which will include the addition of curb inlets; full width grated inlets; pipe and paving replacement. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied By A Proposal Guaranty Payable To The City Of Owasso For Five Percent (5%) Of The Total Amount Of The Bid. The Guaranty Of The Successful Bidder Will Not Be Returned Until The Performance And Maintenance And Statutory Payment Bonds Have Been Executed And Approved, After Which It Will Be Returned. A Certified Check May Be Used In Lieu Of A Proposal Guaranty. Performance And Maintenance And Statutory Payment Bonds In The Amount Of 100 Percent (100%) Of The Contract Price, With A Corporate Surety Approved By The City Of Owasso, All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Krystal Amberg, Contract Administrator, by email engineering@cityofowasso.com by end of business (11:30am) on October 2, 2026. The construction contract time for this project is One Hundred and Fifty (150) calendar days until substantial completion, and the time is One Hundred and Eighty (180) calendar days in which to be completed and ready for final payment. The City Of Owasso May Waive Any Informalities Or Minor Defects Or Reject Any And All Bids. Any Bid May Be Withdrawn Prior To The Above Scheduled Time For The Opening Of Bids Or Authorized Postponement Thereof.
