Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a military facility in Hampton, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and for outdoor lighting for a military facility.

Installation of fiber and copper network infrastructure, surface-mounted conduits, electrical upgrades in Server Room 247, blue-light rotating beacon light system, and 4K CCTV surveillance system The contractor shall provide all management, transportation, tools, supplies , equipment, and labor necessary to install Network Infrastructure, Blue-Light Rotating Beacon Light System, and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) installation at Joint Base LangleyEustis (JBLE), Langley Air Force Base (LAFB), Virginia (VA), in a manner that shall ensure continuous and reliable service. This project encompasses room-by-room fiber and copper network installations, surface-mounted conduits, electrical upgrades in Server Room 247, a comprehensive blue- light warning rotating beacon light system, and a secure, highdefinition 4K CCTV surveillance system across multiple operational rooms. 2.1. General Network Infrastructure Installation Requirements 2.1.1. The contractor shall execute all installations in accordance with military and federal standards. All new conduit that may be needed must be surface mounted. All new conduit or junction boxes that may be needed must be painted to match existing color. All material for this project must follow Buy America and other federal acquisition regulations. Any material for this project that requires storage will be secured on-site. All fiber runs shall utilize LC connections. All Red fiber shall be single mode. All other fiber call-outs shall be multimode. All new NIPR/SIPR/Other suites added must follow applicable requirements as outlined in CNSSAM TEMPEST/1-13, RED/BLACK Installation Guidance dated 17 Jan 2014 The contractor is responsible for repairing/replacing any damage they may cause to facility or furniture during performance of this contract at no extra cost to the government. 2.2. Room-by-Room Installation Requirements Room - 234 Install one (1) Blue, 12-strand, multimode fiber with LC connections from the existing outlet to Server Room 247, Other # 1 cabinet. Add new conduit, junction box, and LC wall port faceplate next to the existing faceplate for new fiber runs. Install one (1) Purple, 6-strand, multimode fiber with LC connections from the new outlet to Server Room 247, Other #2 cabinet. Add a new NIPR/SIPR/Other suite of connections to the appropriate cabinets in Server Room 247 (exact location of drops to be determined by users; will require the installation of new conduits). Room - 236 Install one (1) Blue, 12-strand, multimode fiber with LC connections from the existing outlet to Server Room 247, Other # 1 cabinet. Add new conduit, junction box, and LC wall port faceplate next to the existing faceplate for new fiber runs. Install one (1) Purple and one (1 ) Yellow, 6- strand, multimode fiber with LC connections from the new outlet to Server Room 247, Other #2 cabinet. Add a new NIPR/SIPR/Other suite of connections to the appropriate cabinets in Server Room 247 (exact location of drops to be determined by users; will require the installation of new conduits). Room - 237 Install one (1) Blue, 12- strand, multimode fiber with LC connections from the existing outlet to Server Room 247, Other #1 cabinet. Install one (1) additional Red single mode, LC fiber from the existing SIPR outlet to Server Room 247. Add new conduit, junction box , and LC wall port faceplate next to the existing faceplate for new fiber runs. Install one (1 ) Purple, 6- strand, multimode fiber with LC connections from the new outlet to Server Room 247, Other #2 cabinet (or short cabinet). Add a new NIPR/SIPR/Other suite of connections to the appropriate cabinets in Server Room 247 (exact location of drops to be determined by users; will require the installation of new conduits). Room - 238 Install one (1) Blue, 12- strand, multimode fiber with LC connections from the existing outlet to Server Room 247, Other # 1 cabinet. Install one (1) additional Red single mode, LC fiber from the existing SIPR outlet to Server Room 247. Add new conduit, junction box, and LC wall port faceplate next to the existing faceplate for new fiber runs. Install one (1) Purple, 6- strand, multimode fiber with LC connections from the new outlet to Server Room 247, Other #2 cabinet (or short cabinet). Add a new NIPR/SIPR/Other suite of connections to the appropriate cabinets in Server Room 247 (exact location of drops to be determined by users; will require the installation of new conduits). Room - 239 o Main Area Back Wall: Install two (2) new conduits, junction boxes, and LC wall port faceplates near the existing faceplate on the back wall for SIPR and Other #2 networks. Install two (2) new Red single mode, LC fibers from the new SIPR outlet to Server Room 247.
