The professional services in soil and materials engineering required include, but are not limited to, the preparation of models, plans and specifications, and the estimation of construction costs at various stages of the project; advice on the planning, monitoring and optimisation of parameters relating to scope, quality, cost and authorised timetables; the coordination of deliverables within its engineering specialism with those of other professionals; supervision of the works, support with applications submitted to the various public authorities, as well as the analysis of equivalences, change requests, payment requests and claims.
