Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in St Thomas, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The South Edgeware Road Construction project includes the portion of South Edgeware Road from Waterworks Park to Burwell Road. The project is expected to commence in early spring of 2027. The project will consist of reconstruction of roads, sidewalks, multi-use paths, deep sanitary sewers and forcemains, watermains, storm sewers, and other key components that will provide critical servicing to accommodate growing demands on infrastructure throughout the City of St. Thomas. The project is the second phase in a series of projects to upgrade the trunk sanitary sewer conveyance path from the Yarmouth Yards Industrial Park to the new Dalewood Water Reclamation Facility. Strategic coordination with nearby construction projects and adjacent business and community stakeholders will also be required to achieve project success. Strict, non-negotiable deadlines will also need to be achieved.
