Reference Number 0000331419 This contract will provide the design and construction of the new facility and compound near the existing CETEMT compound at CFB Uplands. The new facility will be a single-storey building with an approximate footprint of 1,650 m2. It will include offices and workspaces, meeting rooms, maintenance garages and workshops, specialized spaces such as secure storage and a weapons vault, and support areas including a kitchenette, washrooms, and server rooms. The facility will be situated within a new exterior compound of approximately 6,500 m2, including parking areas.
