Right of Way Acquisition Services (Specifically limited to: Titles, Closings, Value Analysis, Appraisal, and Appraisal Review only) are requested in order to reconstruct curb, and sidewalks, on both sides of 17th Avenue, update drainage and replace three traffic signals Title Research and Closings will be under a separate consultant agreement. Right of Way Acquisition Services for Appraisal Review will be under a separate consultant agreement. There will be a total of three (3) contracts Contract 1: Right of Way Acquisition Services for Titles Research and Closings Contract 2: Right of Way Acquisition Services for Appraisal Contract 3: Right of Way Acquisition Services for Appraisal Review Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below. For All Prequalification Categories Other Than Financial Management System Evaluation the Requirement May Be Met by the Prime Consultant or a Subconsultant.
