Demolition for a sidewalk / parking lot in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot.
Installation of fencing at the parking lot of Hirsch High School. Parking lot fence around north and east side of building. Approximately 330'X 5'. 3) Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all before placing bid. 4) Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. 5) Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. 6) If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, replace and/or repair as necessary. 7) All questions/requests must be received 2 business days, prior to bid closing. All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representative to complete in an agreed upon timeframe. 8) Clean the surrounding area and make sure all is swept of debris and excess mortar. 9) All trash must be removed offsite by vendor and area left clean.
