Question Deadline 09/17/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The project will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary for the installation and completion of conventional onsite wastewater treatment and disposal systems (septic systems) at individual residential properties located within the Town of White Hall and surrounding project area. The project consists of Contract A: Installation of 10 Conventional Septic Systems; Contract B: Installation of 41 Conventional Septic Systems. The Owner reserves the right to award all, any, or none of the Contracts and/or bid line items. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents, approved site-specific requirements, and all applicable Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) requirements. Due to funding deadlines associated with the project, time is of the essence. The successful Contractor(s) shall be prepared to execute the Contract, furnish all required bonds and insurance, mobilize immediately following issuance of the Notice to Proceed, and provide sufficient personnel, equipment, and materials to complete the work within the time established by the Contract Documents. All work shall be substantially complete and all eligible project costs incurred within the schedule established in the Contract Documents, with project completion targeted no later than November 1 , 2026. Bonds: 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
