Construct a 30' x 160' addition onto the existing Township Maintenance Facility including building and site work, and electrical system installation. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Question Deadline 10/02/2026 at 4:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted in writing via online CONTRACT 1 - BUILDING AND SITE WORK CONTRACT 2 - ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS CONTRACT 3 - MECHANICAL COMPONENTS The Township Public Works Department will perform the following tasks. All work to be completed by the Public Works Department will be coordinated with the Contractor. 1. Remove the existing storm sewer system and install the proposed storm sewer system after project completion. 2. Final site grading and installation of the parking area after project completion. 3. Remove all existing fixtures , receptacles, raceways, conduits, heating units, gas lines, etc. within the existing building footprint. Existing light fixtures and one of the existing heating units will be stored by the Township for Contractor to reinstall. 4. Remove the existing garage door tracks that are attached to the existing roof truss system. Garage doors, tracks, and motors for Bays 1 through 5 will be stored by the Township for Contractor to reinstall. Motors for Bays 6 and 7 will be stored by the Township for Contractor to reinstall. 5. Remove the existing metal roofing material. 6. Remove the existing chimney located on the north side of the existing building. 7. Install the security system after project completion.
