Construction of a 24-ft x 40-ft wood post pavilion including metal roofing, lighting, and electrical installation. Scope Of Work The scope of work consists of the construction of a 24-ft x 40-ft wood post pavilion with metal roofing, lighting, and electric, to be located on the paved parking area near the Hawkins Grove Pond in Shafer Park. The pavilion should be constructed according to RCP Shelters, Inc. model number LWG2440-03 or equivalent. Electric should be run to the site, with two outlets, and lighting style PLT- 13015 - 15,600 Lumens/120 Watt/LED (quantity 2) or equivalent. A 24-ft x 40-ft concrete pad should be poured on top of the existing pavement where the pavilion is to be located.
