This project consists of masonry façade repairs on seven buildings ( D23 , D24, D25, D26, E27, E28 and E29) at Lakeview Terrace. The work includes lintel repairs and replacement, roof coping repairs and replacement, caulking, brick repairs and replacement, tuck-pointing of masonry joints throughout all 7 buildings as indicated in the scope of work and project general notes, or as specified during the walk-through. b. Installation of exhaust fans in the unit (kitchens and bathrooms) in all units within the 7 buildings for a total of 117 units. The work includes hard wiring the exhaust fan with specified controls as indicated in the Scope of Work and project general notes, or as specified during the walk-through. The units will remain occupied during the project. The contractor is to be a lead safe certified contractor as this project will be presumed to contain lead -based paint. The project area(s) will need to be tested and cleared at the end of each day so there is no hazard for the inhabitants. The contractor is required to keep the job site safe at all times. The contractors are required to field verify all measurements/site conditions for bidding purposes.
