Construction and start-up of a water treatment plant including induced draft aeration, concrete detention and filter tanks, pumping facilities, clearwell, washwater reclamation, site preparation, finish grading, and installation of yard piping for raw watermain, finished watermain, and sanitary sewer. Our services were performed in accordance with our cost estimate dated July 15th, 2025 and as authorized by Bolton & Menk. Our services were performed under the terms of our General Conditions and were limited to the following tasks: Clearing public underground utilities through the Gopher State One Call system. Completing 5 standard penetration test borings extending each to a nominal depth of 40 feet. Sealing the borings in accordance with Minnesota Department of Health requirements. Visually/manually classify samples recovered from the soil boring. Performing up to 15 moisture content tests on selected split-spoon samples. Preparing soil boring logs describing the materials encountered and the results of groundwater level measurements. Preparing an engineering report describing soil and groundwater conditions, and providing recommendations for wellhouse treatment facility foundation design including estimated infiltration rates for stormwater pond design.
