Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Groton, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; for site work for a library; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Installation of construction entrance and erosion and sediment controls, clearing and grubbing, selective demolition, site lighting, underground conduits and sleeves, catch basin top, area drain & stormwater piping, asphalt paving, precast concrete curbing, exposed aggregate concrete sidewalks, concrete stairs, stone stairs on concrete, dry laid stone walls, metal handrails, and native tree, shrub, and perennial plantings. The site contractor will be responsible for the following; 1) Procuring, installing and electrifying the 3 light poles specified in the contract documents and modifying the conduits as required to accommodate the light pole footings. The RFI submission deadline is until 2:00 pm local time on September 10th, 2026. All questions pertaining to the bidding documents, bidding and construction procedures shall be directed to the Library Director Christine Bradley, cbradley@mysticnoanklibrary.org The contractor must demonstrate good faith effort to meet the 25% set-aside goals.
