The Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) currently operates Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field on behalf of the Office of Policy and Management (OPM - the building's owner). CRDA intends to enter into a contract with a qualified contractor to upgrade the network. The project generally includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Removal and replacement of existing network equipment, cabling and associated infrastructure as well as provision and installation of new network equipment, including all associated cabling for complete system installation. 2. Proper offsite disposal of all removed materials in accordance with applicable regulations. Removal and replacement of existing network equipment, cabling and associated infrastructure; installation of new network equipment and all associated cabling. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond, certified in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Requests for clarification or interpretation of the ITB or Bidding Documents shall be made in writing. LAST ADDENDUM 9/18/2026 Bidders are advised that a good faith effort is required for participation in this contract by Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and Minority Business Enterprises (MBE). The SBE goal is twenty-five (25) percent of the contract value, with twenty-five (25) percent of that amount (6.25 percent of the overall project) as the MBE goal. CRDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities or technical defects, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of CRDA.
