Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Boonville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility; for the demolition of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility.
Project will consist of electrical service upgrade from 400 amps to 800 amps, a new electrical room, and electrical distribution equipment to support grain handling equipment project awarded under separate contract. Work should include scheduling, coordination, and working with grain handling equipment contractor and other contractors selected by the Port under a separate contract(s). Bonds: Certified Check required, 5% Other Bond, 5% Bid Bond. An electrical service upgrade from 400 amps to 800 amps, new electrical room, and electrical distribution equipment is being bid under a separate project manual / contract. Question Deadline 09/28/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER/ARCHITECT in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the ENGINEER/ARCHITECT in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the ENGINEER/ARCHITECT as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
