Work includes architectural reconfiguration and modifications to room dimensions and components, demolition, construction, doors, finishes, paint systems, fire protection, and related mechanical and electrical upgrades necessary to bring the facility into compliance and maintain long-term functionality. The RTC is supported by a team of architectural and engineering professionals in the design and delivery of the project. The plans, specifications and other contractual documents prepared by these professionals describe the works to be carried out in detail and form an integral part of this invitation to tender. The contract covered by this invitation to tender will be awarded to a main contractor to carry out all the required works.
