Renovation of a municipal facility in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Renovation of restrooms at the WV Judicial Tower. Project Description: The WV Judicial Tower is an existing 12 story structure along Kanawha Boulevard in Charleston, WV. The floors are used for various purposes and occupancy types with supporting restroom facilities on each floor. The scope for this renovation project is for a new secure and ADA compliant restroom within the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia Administrative Suite on the 11th floor, in directly adjacency to their onsite Hearing Room. Adaptations are also to include ADA compliant upgrades to the 7th floor core public restrooms as the fulfillment of base bid responsibilities. Renovations of other floors' core public restrooms to full ADA compliancy are designated and in consideration for Add Alternate scope as defined in the bid package.
