District-wide Special Education Facility Improvements - $13,000,000 The District anticipates that design will begin in early 2027 for the New Middle School, New Franklin STEAM Academy, and the IPA Addition. Bidding and contract awards for these projects are anticipated in late 2027. Construction is anticipated to take place during 2028 and 2029, with substantial completion in 2029.
