Renovation of an educational facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Fire alarm system replacement for Tallwood High School. Questions must be formally submitted to the Owner and the Architect using the RFI form provided in the project specification manual . RFIs, RFCs, and Substitution Requests will be accepted until 09-29-26. Bidder questions may be directed to Anna Campbell, ACampbell@dillsarchitects.com with Amanda Liddell, ALiddell@dillsarchitects.com on copy. The project provides for: 1. Remove existing Fire Alarm system including the control panel and replace it with a new system and accessories to meet the current codes. Work also includes patching and painting all damages finishes during instalation of the new system; and the replacement of closers and hold opendevises at interior fire rated egress doors in the corridors and stairs.
