The project includes the removal of existing traffic signal equipment and the supply, installation, integration, programming, testing, and commissioning of upgraded traffic signal infrastructure, including traffic signal controllers, traffic signal cabinets, vehicle detection cameras, accessible pedestrian signal devices, associated communications equipment, and the upgrade of applicable fixtures.
