Install new ISO insulation, ISO Taper System, 1/2 " HDF coverboard, 50 mil PVC membrane. 4. New roofing system shall be mechanically attached and white membrane. 5. System installation shall be of similar or better installation. 6. Roof area around unit and roof section 2 has a cricket to divert water away from the wall and unit. Ensure a cricket is put back in place to disburse water appropriately. 7. Ensure all roof tie ins are matched to the existing design or better.
