Base bid includes construction of new post frame building structures at Carthage (IDOT 322-0001 at 8,064 square feet), Pittsfield (IDOT 416- 0001 at 4,992 square feet), and Quincy (IDOT 420-0004 at 4,224 square feet), including insulated standing seam roof, overhead doors, man-doors and concrete floors / aprons . Base bid also includes construction of new concrete and wood framed building structure at Riggston (IDOT 393-0002 at 7,100 square feet), including concrete floors / aprons. B. EXISTING CONDITIONS: None. C. PHASING OF WORK: The sites must remain open and operable for IDOT throughout the duration of construction. Special winter consideration must be given to scheduling the work, especially near existing salt storage buildings. D. RELATED WORK 1.
