For Industrial Development Complex Landfill Cover at Columbia Generating Station from qualified Bidders. The scope of work is intended to give an overview of the Work and is not inclusive of all the Work necessary to complete the project. The Work location is 76 North Power Plant Loop, Richland, WA 99354, a nuclear power generating facility. The Work shall be performed outside the Protected Area of Columbia. Note: Contractor shall use the above address when determining the appropriate tax rate in accordance with Section B.8. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, surveying, and resources necessary to perform the IDC landfill closure work in accordance with the final approved closure plan. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Subcontract with a professional licensed surveyor to perform all required construction surveying, including layout, grade control, construction control points, and verification of elevations and slopes. Perform a final as-built survey upon completion of construction, including topographic mapping of final grades and horizontal/vertical location of all installed structures and utilities. Provide final as-built drawings to the Technical Representative or designee in AutoCAD and Adobe PDF formats. Grade the landfill to the pre-capping elevations shown in the approved construction drawings and ensure all final slopes meet design requirements, including maximum 3H:1V side slopes and a minimum 2 percent top-deck slope.
