The existing playgrounds will remain, and the existing trails will be extended in order to allow for the new trails to gradually slope down. The total disturbed area associated with this project is 0.95 Acres. The improvements will be located in and around 2270 Mann Road, Powhatan Virginia 23139 to 2201 Mann Rd, Powhatan, VA 23139. The Project includes the following major components: 1. Site Demolition 2. Erosion and Sediment Control Facilities 3. Asphalt trail 4. Sidewalk and stairs 5. Permanent stabilization D. During the construction period, the Contractor will be responsible for the maintenance and proper operation of facilities which the Contractor alters, connects to, or damages as a result of project work.
