Construction of the FM Trucking Warehouse facility. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. The project consists of construction of a new PEMB warehouse building, including (but not limited to) : concrete foundation, PEMB framing, metal roof and wall panels, metal trim, metal gutters and downspouts, hollow metal doors and frames, overhead doors, louvers, insulation system, mechanical ventilation system, natural gas heating system, lighting, electrical systems, a covered loading dock, concrete loading dock ramp, and related retaining walls. Site Improvements include concrete sidewalks, grading, limestone paving base, storm drainage, site lighting, and all required site utilities. Alternates for the project include: an ADD Alternate to expand the building to the south by 3 additional bays; an ADD alternate for asphalt paving and concrete curb and gutter; and an ADD alternate for an emergency power system for the building.
