The South Fork Coeur dAlene River Sewer District (the District) is requesting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to prepare a Facility Planning Study for the Mullan Wastewater Treatment Plant. The study will evaluate existing condition and capacity, improvements needed to meet current and reasonably anticipated permit limits, on-site treatment alternatives, and regionalization by conveyance of Mullan wastewater to the Page Wastewater Treatment Plant. The study will support an Idaho Department of Environmental Quality Fiscal Year 2027 Wastewater Planning Grant application. All inquiries must be directed in writing to Haley Gosline, Office Manager, at hgosline@southforksd.com. Questions must be received no later than September 30, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. local time. The District office may be reached at (208) 753-8041. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, to conduct written follow-up or interviews with finalist firms, and to cancel or amend this RFP at any time
