Site work and renovation of a swimming pool in Lauderhill, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The City of Lauderhill is seeking a qualified general contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, permits (if required), and incidentals necessary to prepare, repair, resurface, texture, color, and seal the existing concrete pool deck at John E. Mullins Park located at 2000 NW 55TH Ave Lauderhill, Florida 33313. The work shall include approximately 17,300 square feet of existing pool deck surrounding the aquatic facility. The splash pad is excluded from this project. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
