The contract includes the following three distinct components: - Completion of the unfinished playground structures and correction of deficiencies related to the playground structures; - The fabrication and installation of the missing playground equipment in the park; - The correction of all other deficiencies observed in the park, as well as the completion of other related work. Delivery Schedule Award of the contract by City Council: October 19, 2026 A kickoff meeting is scheduled for the week of October 19, 2026. Work on-site must begin no later than the week of October 26, 2026. Workshop drawings must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026; the City reserves two (2) weeks to provide feedback. Compliance inspections must be conducted prior to the provisional acceptance inspection.
