Replace two gas fired make-up air units, replace rooftop unit for control bubble with split system, provide two additional split system AC units for offices/interview rooms, replace electric baseboard, insulate supply ductwork, provide new fan coil units for shower spaces, replace lighting and receptacles, provide electrical work for HVAC and lighting, and provide a new direct digital control system. In general, the work consists of : Replace two (2) existing gas fired make-up air units on the roof that serve the barracks spaces with new rooftop units. Connect to the existing ductwork with some duct modifications. Replace one (1) rooftop unit on the roof that serves the control bubble with a split system air conditioning unit, associated refrigerant piping, and ductwork with electric heat. Provide two (2) additional split system air conditioning units to serve the offices and interview rooms for additional zone control. This includes associated refrigerant piping, and ductwork with electric heat. Replace the existing electric baseboard with new. Insulate exposed uninsulated supply ductwork served by the rooftop units to prevent surface condensation from forming. Provide new fan coil units with electric heat to serve the shower spaces Replace existing lighting and receptacles Provide electrical work for all HVAC and lighting upgrades.
