The City may elect to proceed with all, some, or none of the listed locations based on available project funding. The City does not guarantee that all locations will be included in the final work authorization. The City may select individual locations based on the submitted lump-sum pricing and available funding. No additional compensation shall be due to the contractor for locations that are not authorized for removal. The City of Amarillo is seeking bids for the demolition and removal of existing park restroom facilities at the locations listed below and restoration of each site to turf.
